    Default Nicolas Batum

I was surfing nbadraft.net and the name popped up on the mock drafts @ #10. I'm reading about him and it says he's from France, and is best compared to Joe Johnson.

Tamburello, or anyone, who is this guy, and what does he bring to the table??

He stands to be considered based on our draft position.

Currently, I'm entrenched on drafting the best big man available with our first pick, and a combo guard (like Marcus Williams) with our 2nd pick.

He is very very young and not taking so much minutes in his team, Le Mans. I mean he is at the same age with Oden and Durant, but he has much less professional experience on the floor. I have never seen him, and looks as he has huge potential, but consensus in this forum that we need immediate contribution, not potential anymore, right? Thus in my opinion, we need to go after those so-called shooting studs, like Marcus Williams, Nick Young, Morris Almond etc.

Note that his team is not a great team in European competition.

He's been touted as a SF in the NBA and with our glut of SF's I'm not sure how he would fit in?

Good all round game from what I have read though.
