Default If we end up with the 8th pick

Who do we take . I have been looking at all the mock drafts i could find and they have us taking this group of players . Yi Jianlian, Joakim Noah, Roy Hibbert, Julian Wright, Jeff Green.
Who do you think would best fit the BOBCATS

    Thanks Ammofan!

Ikoow how a smite feels let me give you a bost. Yi might just be the pick we need . He can jump out for that 15 or 20 footer.
Thoughts about YI and the others

I'd put Hibbert at the top of that list. Joakim Noah second (but I''m unenthusiastic about drafting him) the other 2 do absolutely nothing for me.
If you add Corey Brewer to that list, I'd take him right behind Hibbert.

i think of those players, hibbert would be the best fit (assuming wallace resigns). Pairing him with okafor would give us a formidable front court and give us another post presence that primoz doesn't give us. i think that if there is any indication wallace is gonna walk, we should draft green or julian wright. we can't afford not to be productive from the SF position and i don't think we can count on morrison to fill it

Im not a big Noah fan . And hes not my first choice but hes runs the floor well rebounds and seams a perfect for a run and gun offence. Hes a energy player and gives his all. IN A RUN AND GUN HE [MAY] JUST BE A GOOD FIT FOR US. thoughts

    Shortly..
    1st Hibbert
if not available 2nd Yi Jianlian

I think either one will be available at 8th spot.

I like Yi, Brewer, Horford and Brandon Wright with the pick, but it's looking like none will be there at 8. So it looks like Julian Wright or Jeff Green to back up Gerald Wallace. Its upsetting though, this team really needed better out of this draft. Damn that season-ending winning streak! Totally pointless IMHO.

I don't like Hibbert unless he's brought in to backup Okafor at Center. That would be OK. But moving Okafor to PF is a mistake it really is. Why would you take a guy who is an elite shot blocker; a nearly all-star caliber Center who clogs the middle so well - and move him to PF so someone much less skilled can fill that space? Kind of like playing Felton at SG in my opinion. Hibbert seems pretty overrated to me. Let someone else make that mistake.

If they take Hibbs or god-forbid Hawes with this pick, I'll be very dissappointed.

Jesus - I've graduated from Kareem Rush to Othella Harrington?!!!? Okay I see there's little respect here, very little respect.

i don't think hawes would be a bad pick, he'll just need a year to be productive. he's got some polished post moves from what i've seen, something emeka can't say but emeka has improved so much there.
