PHX's RealGM board says that the bobcats and suns are discussing a deal that would send the 8 pick to the Suns for Kurt Thomas, picks, cash, and bench warmers. I would rather they pursue J-Rich or at least Shawn Marion!!!

If this deal is signed-off on, then we know Billionaire Bob is the true power behind the team, not MJ, as he would have the fans believe. That's just a slap-in-the-face proposal.

Also, did anybody else find it ironic that Jeff Green was willing to go work out for a team that isn't yet sniffing the lottery, when he shunned us because we draft 8th? I didn't like the guy at Georgetown, thought he was incredibly overrated (Jonathan Wallace is much more impressive, not to mention Hibbert), but now I can't stand the jerk. Wherever he goes, hopefully he's riding pine.

Wow, I didn't think of it like that, but that definitely sucks. At least players like Brandan Wright, Brewer, etc etc weren't total jerks and worked out for us.
