    Alex,

I agree wholeheartedly man. I think the consensus amongst all of us is that under the circumstances, the draft wasn't too shabby.

As far as playoff teams go, don't count out Miami guys. They may have gotten waffled stomped by Chicago this year, but will be a better team next year if they aren't injury plagued again.

No, I'm not just saying that because they have the hottest cheerleaders in the league either...

I'm going to have to disagree about Miami. Shaq is going on 36 and is on the decline, Gary Payton and Alonzo Mourning are on the decline and possibly going to retire, Eddie Jones is worth nothing. Then there's the case for the other "players" aka headcases like Jason Williams, James Posey(if he's back).

So I have their lineup as this:
    PG: Jason Williams
    SG: D-wade
    SF: Dorell Wright?
    PF> Udonis Haslem
C: Shaq - if not injured

I just see D-wade and Udonis as the only guys that I can fear in any way shape or form. They're old, decrepit, and Wade can only carry them so far, however talented he is. The draft also didn't help them at all (Daequan cook??)

I didn't understand the draft pick either. I thought for sure they would have gotten another point guard. Odds are they will start Kapono at SF (Remember him anybody?)

I just think that they will be sneaky about getting into the playoffs like last year. They started the first half of the season horrible, then went crazy and won the division. An old Shaq is better than most of the center talent in the Eastern conference, and a healthy lineup of Jason Williams, Wade, Kapono, Haslem, and Shaq is a lot more intimidating than people might think. I dislike the Heat almost as much as I dislike the Hawks, so I hope I'm wrong.
