Default There is no reason to worry about Wallace. Here is why

There were really only four teams under the cap. Bucks, Bobcats, Orlando, and Grizz. And only two Orlando and Charlotte with enough space to offer someone a max contract or a contract over 10 mill a season. Ok Lewis signed with Orlando. The Grizz just went over the MLE to sign Varejao.

So in order for Wallace to get paid big bucks or to get a contract over the MLE he would need to sign with Charlotte. Or he would need Charlotte to do a sign and trade. In other words, Charlotte has all the leverage, so expect Wallace to be wise and be signed in the next few days.

I think there is a reason for us waiting to resign wallace. And I hope that Jordan will do what's expected and sign instead of a S&T for someone we don't need like Devin Harris or anyone else

If they want him, they can get him. They are the ones that would have to agree to the sign and trade. They have all the leverage. And if its a sign and trade the Bobcats would have to take back contracts equaling the value of Wallace's contract because the team he would be going to is over the cap. Meaning money wouldn't be the reason for Wallace wanting to leave.

Bottom line. If he wants to get paid, he has to come back Charlotte. Or Charlotte would have to be willing to take a player back equaling what Wallace would be making. Which isn't likely. Unless you're talking about a team like Dallas giving up someone like Josh Howard.

Charlotte holds all the cards on this one. They would have to be idiots to mess this up.

this may sound crazy and pelt me with rocks if you want...but Devin Harris IS a player I'm not gonna say he could offer everything that Crash does, but then again I wouldn't give up on the organization if we received a player of his caliber in return for GW...

    Think this...

    Darko right now its Primo
    Emeka Emeka
    J-Rich Crash
    Harris J-Rich
    Felton Felton

BOTH look pretty damn good to me

Harris and Wallace are two different positions. And I personally think the second lineup you gave would compete much better than the first and it is also much taller

If that trade were ever to happen I'd drive down to Charlotte and give MJ and his cigar loving face a royal beatdown.
