I think we should pursue him. When Okafor went down, Voskul came in and got the job done. The only problem was whenever Voskul had to sit on the bench. We had no one to back him up. I know he's not great or anything, but he is unappreciated.
However, backup center JakeVoskuhl exercised a player option to terminate his contract.
Voskuhl's agent, Mark Bartelstein, told the Observer his client enjoys playing for the Bobcats, but is looking for a long-term deal. Voskuhl had a productive season, picking up the slack for an often-injured Primoz Brezec.
With the Bobcats trading for Richardson and hoping to re-sign Wallace and Carroll, the roster is filling up with wing players. However, new coach Sam Vincent says he sees Herrmann as primarily a power forward, not a small forward.
So Voskuhl opts out. Will the Bobcats give him a long term deal? My guess is no. Honestly, I think that Hollins and Primoz will handle the duties, either as the starter or as the primary backups. I think that since Vincent considers Herrmann a PF, his chances are less than 50%.
Who the fuck is Dominic Mcguire

he's also a human foul machine
did u watch the game where he fouled out in like 13 minutes or something?
That's like every other game
>_>
Voskul is at best an almost decent backup center worthy of maybe 10 minutes a game tops. I'd rather have Ryan Hollins get those 10 minutes a game next season so that he can have a chance to develop.
Don't waste the money, he has one good game out of five. The rest of the time, as previously stated, he walks around with an incredulous look on his face because he got called for a foul after he tried to rip someone's arm out of the socket.
Plus we already have already resigned one 7 foot white stiff to provide other teams highlight reel possibilities do we really need two again. Is there a league quota against this? I suprised last year stern didn't obligate us to share the wealth.
With Fabio, May, Hollins and Davidson? doesn't look to good for Jake resigning.
RIP Michael Jackson & Steve McNair
for the record grandmama... primoz may get dunked on and give the other teams highlights, but Jake NEVER allowed that mess. he would take you out before he let you dunk on him.
i can live without Jake next season... i like the kid alot... played with a real fire. but like ziggy, id like to see Hollins get some PT.
