Default Leave the Panthers secondary alone.

I think the Panthers defensive secondary is one of the main problems with the team. I think the D line will get better and better and so will Pep.
    What do you folks think?

Oh definitely, the secondary is horrible. We probably have 2 of the worst starting safties in the league. We didn't address our need at S in Free Agency or the Draft, and that's killing us. Our corners are fine with Lucas, Gamble, and Marshall, but I expect our 1st round pick next year to be a S.
And now with Salley on IR we're even weaker at S. Apparentlly, Quinten Teal is showing the coaching staff that he's worth keeping since he's still on the roster. Plus he's now the back-up FS, but anyway, yeah, Cooper and Harris did good week 1. Not so much week 2.

I just hope they are good enough to stop the Falcons pass offence since Vick isnt there no more they now have someone that can throw the ball, now they will have to worry with the pass instead of the run so much....

Don't worry about their passing offense. If you get a pass rush on Harrington then he's horrible. We get Stanley McGlover back this week so that'll boost the DL. If Peppers can find his groove against the Falcons OL then we should we win this game BIG.
I see a 30-13 Panthers victory happening tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah I figure after last week we will win it tomorrow no doubt, but how many passes are going to get by the defence? I think 28-17....
I just hate thinking how good the Panthers are in other positions and the fact we stink in the secondary will cost us games unless Coach Fox repairs the situation and I know he and his coaches are trying to do that very thing, I just hope they find the right combination or players soon....
