Yeah Matt Rochinski has done an excellent job keeping us fans updated on what has been going on at training camp, props to him.

Now on to the first pre-season game of the new season, Wednesday against the Magic in Orlando.

I doubt it will be televised though

I 100% agree about Rochinski's great work blogging from training camp. Every one of his posts was a must-read. I wish they'd let him keep it up all season.

    Great article.

    Few things:

    1. The bit about Wallace and the Starburst kid. That's why I'm a lifelong fan of these guys. They know what it's really about.

    2. Davidson played well in the scrimmage (14 pts and 6 rebounds). Maybe we'd hope for more rebounds if he was a starter, but he was playing against OUR starters. So, either we can credit this to Hollins and his relative newness (which would seem worrisome for us - I doubt this was the case, after all, "It takes 5" and all that) or he was just playing really well and he'll be a viable option off the bench for us this year. I mean, Hammer didn't even score double digits for the second-string white team (this I would credit to our starters defense).

    3. Felton's ability to lead in this scrimmage, in particular feeding Oak at the right time, allowing him to go for 14 points in the third.

    Good stuff

Great article, nice to see the Unit working well together, surprised to see J-Rich with only 9 ponts, but still very good article and nice to see them working well. Jermareo Davidson looked very well off the white team, and I think he'll get some time off the bench this year...

Also on a side note, also on NBA.com, it has the bobcats roster finally updated....Derek Anderson will be representing the #1 jersey this year...

Who do you reckon comprised the white team? And who was the reserve for the Black team (someone went in for Wallace at the end of the game)?

Doesn't Walter look like he'd fit in the movies "the Big Lebowski" or "boogie nights"?
