my thought: one of the most complete young rosters with the exception of jamison
So, Jamison just made comments to the effect that he believes this is his last season in Washington.
What would be better than to end his career in NC?
So, if we're both parties are in the know (and of course, they haven't directly spoken, violating NBA policy; it's a more of "sense"), Charlotte wouldn't spend any money on bigs (short term or otherwise), because they know they're going after Jamison next year.
Felton, JRich, Wallace, Jamison, Okafor.
Thoughts?
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!

He would be a good pick up and trade May and a 2nd round for a big?...
......Go Bobcats!!!!! !!!..
Hah! DNB when I read that I thought the same thing!
It'll all depend on money. If we get a hometeam discount then fer sure...his offense would compliment Mek well, and his subpar D can be covered pretty well with Mek and Crash.

We get the home town discount and he will be a Bobcat next season. I've said this for two years he wants to play at home.
He will be playing for a bargin price two . So look for us to add another peice beside him. Hes going to want to win .
Thanks Ammofan!
His D isn't too bad. He can definitely get after the boards, which is something we desperately need.

Looks like he has stayed healthy most of his time in the NBA also which is something we desperately need.....![]()

I'd love to have Jamison, for his abilities and his leadership presence. He's an excellent guy to have on the team.
One thing of note, is that if Arenas AND Jamsion leave, just imagine how much that will hurt. I bet a deadline trade will go down for them.
Who the fuck is Dominic Mcguire
During the summer, a similar thread was running, and I believe my thoughts went something like this:
I was hoping we could get Antawn for Year 1; in fact, when it was announced that Charlotte was getting the Bobcats, the first person I thought of was Antawn. My desire to have him in orange and blue hasn't diminished at all!!!
I think he came to Charlotte this summer, or something, but I remeber News14 did an interview with him, asking him about the Bobcats, and he always referred to the 'Cats as "we". And it wasn't like it was a slip-of-the-mouth; he referred to the 'Cats as "we" multiple times. Things like, "Yeah, we played really hard this season.... I like the way we look running fast breaks", etc. He "works" for the Wizards, but Antawn is a Bobcat!!!
