Alright ladies and gentleman,

I've only got a few minutes so I'll make it brief. There are a couple of points I want to make about last night's victory over Portland.

Numero Uno - Gerald Wallace is the greatest basketball player to ever grace the game. At least that's how he acted last night. He had 87,000 dunks, a million FGs, and even stayed after half time to argue with the ref after Blake hit the Dr. Pepper Millionaire shot. At one point, my brother (A UNC Alum and die hard Heels fan) looks over to me and says "Why the hell didn't we recruit that guy?". I'm serious about this: If you have a problem with Gerald Wallace, then you need to seek therapy. There was one drive where he could have dished it off to Oak Town at the last second that was questionable. He earned that freebie though.

Numero Dos - As Matt Carroll came into the game, I told my family that he could stroke it like Dell Curry. My bad Bobcats fans, because for the next three quarters I jinxed the whitest guy in the city of Charlotte. It got so bad that I heard jokes like "Man if he fouls somebody he'd at least get on the scoreboard". Thankfully he turned it up in the fourth.

Numero Three (I only took one Spanish class in high school) - Speaking of the fourth, the Bobcats have apparently decided that the fourth quarter actually matters. Everybody turned it up in the fourth, especially J-Rich and Felton. I don't have the stats, but the Cats got super hot in the fourth quarter. It seemed like they couldn't miss.

Numero Four - Greg Oden really is as big as you think he is. His legs took up half of the Blazer's bench.

Numero Five - Sean May has been shopping while not rehabing his broken body. He wore a brown crush velvet suit. Awesome.

All in all it was a great game guys. The attendance was atrocious (Listed as 8,000 maybe?), but still enthusiastic. I really enjoy watching this team play ball. They hustle, are disciplined, and I think their team chemistry is starting to reall take form. Will they be able to make a playoff push? It might be too early to tell, but they are definitely on the right track.

P.S.- I'm taking a semester of Russian this spring. This way when Primoz starts flailing around like an Eastern Block mad man again, somebody will be able to scream something at him.
