Gee wiz. Give up 39 to someone last game, and 34 pts and 17 brds tonight to Howard. I think he had like 9 dunks on us? why did we not just put Primoz, Othello and Hollins on him and from the beginning just say "We have 18 fouls to use up -make sure he feels every one of them!" But no, we just smile as he shoves the ball down our throats! No one has the damn balls to play Defense anymore!

I got so disgusted, I turned to ESPNU for a while and watched Kansas State play. Beasley is a BEAST! He will be a Power Forward to fear in the NBA. I would love to land him, but that means tanking the season. Jordan from Texas A&M or Mayo from USC would be great consolation prizes. I know Mayo is a PG/SG combo, but hey, with his talent, I'd sit J-Rich's $11 mil/yr ass and play Mayo.

Hopefully, Gerald will be fine. At first they were talking knee, but last I heard it was a calf muscle. Anyway, I have seen what I think is coming down the road for the Bobcats, and it aint a pretty picture. It aint pretty.

Its takes more than the beginning of the season to gell. The way I see it we are a young and beat up team with a new coach, we have no middle and all our points come in spurts. Growing pains fellas, growing pains but we are headed in the right direction. If Crash wouldnt have gotten hurt then the game may have turned out different, but he did and it didnt. We are going to be a good team but right now dont expect any championships or big time praise from the experts. We are just trying to make it through the season at the moment....
