I'm glad Brezec is gone, but I'll miss Herrmann, though he'd probably would have left after the season anyway, hopefully Nazr can help us...wonder when his first night will be? I'd like to see this up somewhere though before I completely give thoughts..

The Charlotte Bobcats just traded forward Walter Herrmann and center Primoz Brezec to the Detroit Pistons for center Nazr Mohammed.

The deal effectively gives the Bobcats another banger inside, something coach Sam Vincent has long advocated. The Pistons were interested in Herrmann and even if things don't work out for Brezec, his contract will expire at the end of this season.

As a result of this two-for-one trade, the Bobcats have decided not to send rookie Jermareo Davidson to the developmental league, as they had announced earlier in the day.
