Whats your News Years Resolution for 2008.

Mine is to work out 4 to 5 times a week every week and be able to run 5 miles without having a heart attack two strokes and a half dozen seizures.

Agreed. Since I've gotten out of the military, I've worked out maybe a dozen or so times. My New Years Resolution is to get my HDL up through exercise.

I haven't run, but I have been hitting the exercise bike regularly... about 4 times a week so far.
Today however... I ate cake.
