I hope everyone's excited for tonights game! Not only is this going to be a game of epic offensive proportions, featuring some of the most athletic players in the game, but will be the epic return of J-rich to face the Warriors for the first time. Here's the projected lineup:
PG: Jeff Mcinnis VS. Baron Davis
SG: Raymond Felton VS. Monta Ellis
SF: Jason Richardson VS. Stephen Jackson
PF: Gerald Wallace VS. Al Harrington
C: Emeka Okafor VS. Andris Biedrins
One thing of note that is a bummer: It's not expected for Earl Boykins to be ready to play tonight. The same thing goes for Chris Webber. Having those two in the lineups would have made the game even more interesting.
The big storyline thought tonight will be the epic return of Jason Richardson. Long a fan favorite, Richardson is remembered in the bay area for his intensity, love of the city, and having that inner drive to bring success to the then-perpetual losers that were the Warriors. He is often remembered for his front page newspaper piece apologizing to Warriors fans for failing to make the playoffs. Here's a link to show how much heart Richardson really has:

I think tonight we really match up well. Not only is this the team we modeled ourselves after (with obvious less success) but this is one of the rare teams that we are equally sized across the board at each position. Al Harrington plays a small 6'9 and Gerald should be able to obliterate him tonight. It will be even worse if Matt Barnes starts, even though he has proven time and again he's a feisty player and can bring it on any given night.
Once again, the marquee matchup tonight will be the battles between J-rich and Captain Jack. Honestly, can you remember a game this year where a Bobcats player has had implications and such a memorable past as Jason? In fact, has there ever been a game like this? A battle of Team leaders. Fortunately J-rich is more mobile and should prove that he is superior.
Will all this project to a win? I can only hope so, but I think we will have a fire lit under us tonight for Richardson.
Bobcats 114 - Warriors 113
