We're still 4 games under the playoff race, but however it's the better way to go to the All-Star break.

What an effort! The winning basket by McInnis? What in the world is going on!
Great game from Okafor and Ray; Dudley and J-Rich were key as well.

Impressed with the fact that we were down by 10 going to 4th and we battled back. They did not quit!

I guess this means Vincent is safe through the All Star break. Oh well.

If Vincent was going to stay, he's still going to stay. If he was on his way out, this probably doesn't change things. Just the Hawks.

Which, by the way, it feels good like old Bobcats times (all three years worth). Loss, loss, loss, Hawks come to town, win!

I think we've owned them more than any other team in the league.

Finally we ended that skid. Keep Jermario and put Touche and Othella in the D-League

Hell yeah, I saw a bit of Jermareo's flurry and then could not continue watching the game (not for the way we were playing, but for a reason totally outside of the game). I kept checking the score on my phone, and was pleased to see us lead by two with a few seconds left in regulation(?). Then we foul someone who hits both to send it to OT(?). Was I seeing this right? Glad we pulled it out in overtime. It's not in these players' nature to quit. They've dabbled in it recently, but have decided that it is not for them. Good choice.

Go Bobcats! (Still get rid of Vincent!)

Phenomenal game to be at!!! I'm too sleep deprived to go into the detail that this game and the experience deserves, so I'll just hit the highlights and elaborate tomorrow.

Like ohara says, very proud of the guys tonight. Easily could've mailed this one in, but Jared, Mek, Raymond and JRich would have no part of that. Great energy and effort from these guys tonight!! WOW!!!

Very proud of the few fans that braved the elements tonight. After the halftime leavers, the 3rd quarter leavers, and the mid-4th quarter leavers, there probably wasn't but 7 or 8K left, but damned if they weren't loud as hell, and chanting defense without the PA instructing them to do so. Genuine jubilation after the game from players and fans. Those that were there, a massive good ol' pat on the back, fellas!!!

Got to talk briefly, and get a personalized auto from GW who was out at Lowes Home Court; got to talk with Michael "The Man" Thompson a bit during the 1st quarter; left for Charlotte in 53 degree, dry weather, came home to over an inch of snow with icy roads. Ho-hum, just another day BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

    +1 Beagle!
Glad to hear the crowd was ruckus-without-prompt. Monday, I think my ears were bleeding with the PA. Seems like a great game to have been at, and good for the players psyches too.

Crowd was great. I didnt think so in the 1st or 2nd when the team went on a bad run, got screwed on a call or something and went to a timeout and the crowd seemed deflated then they say "who wants a free BEAR!!!" The dancers and everyone come out tossing those stupid purple bears and the crowd goes wild. Come for the bears and t-shirts, leave early for the basketball(usually) but not last night!
The end of the game was great 4th quarter and overtime were great. It was like when the PA guy would start a chant, it was already half started so he made it weird, maybe he'll learn.
Team played great without their leading scorer and about half the other guys. One thing I did not like was one lineup Sam trotted out late in the 2nd I think. Jeff, Jermario(love him not in this situation), Matt, Othella and Earl.

That line-up makes no sense. Of course Sam would use it!

Jermareo definitely is earning more playing time, as is the Dude, but the actual PT is so inconsistent.
