You know how much I want a SG who can handle the rock and create for others and himself.

If Mayo can do that at the NBA level the way guys like Iggy, JJ and Roy can, then I would be all over him.

That would have to mean the end of Crash in Charlotte IMO though. I don't want to pay a guy $10 mil a year to play off the pine.

Coincidentally Crash has the most trade value of anyone IMO...so it ain't all bad. I'd miss him terribly, but replacing a 10 million dollar player with a rookie contract and actually gain some pluses is what we have to do in order to move forward. There will be teams all over him and willing to pay retail.

Imagine actually winning a trade where it doesn't cost us capspace.

IF Mayo did pan out, Wallace's contract would be about perfect to get a legit big too. I hate the thought of trading him Wallace though.
    SOMEONE will pay for THIS!

Very much feel the same way. Would HATE to see Crash go, but I've changed my mind set a lot during this season.

Before I was rooting more for the players, now I'm rooting more for the team.

If making the team better means parting ways with Crash or EO50 or Swish or Felts or anyone, I would be ok with that.

So long as the team is better off - and I don't mean just financially, I mean as a playing group.

I agree. I'd trade anyone IF it was in the betterment of our team. And frankly, we're much closer to the worst than the first, so we have a lot of ways in which to get better.
