Sort of like a young Shaq, that would be interesting.....![]()
this is assuming Beasley and Rose are off the board.

Think of the pain that we could cause other teams in the paint with a frontcourt of Crash, Emeka and Big Roy.
Roy isn't exactly what you would call "fleet of foot", but he is a highly skilled big man, an excellent passer and a high percentage shooter. Oh yeah, and you can't teach 7'2" & 280 pounds.
I know his numbers have not improved over last season which is somewhat puzzling, but if Beasley and Rose are off the board then I would have no problem with adding Hibbert to the Bobcats roster.
What are your thoughts?

......Go Bobcats!!!!! !!!..
You know me, I'm all for a big man. I wanted Hibbert last year before he got pulled out of the running.
Edit: That sounded really gay. Sorry team.
I'd rather take a flyer on Anthony Randloph as a PF before I'd spend the pick on Hibbert at Center. I get nothing but bad vibes from him. His stock has gone down big time since last year because he just hasn't improved upon his game since last season. If we took aa Center, to me it would be between Brook Lopez and DeAndre Jordan. Hibbert is not even in the running for me unless we traded up our 2nd and a body and got him last1/3 of the 1st round after getting someone good with our Lottery pick. I find Hibbert very risky.
I like Hibbert but just not on this team everytime I watch him he just seems like a very stiff player so the biggest question mark would be if he'd be able to keep up with the style of play (run and gun) that Vincent claims he wants to run with Felton at the point.
RIP Michael Jackson & Steve McNair
Hibbet is the safer pick out of himself, Lopez and Jordan. He might not have the upside of the others, but he's quality and makes those around him better.
I'd be ok with taking him high, but if we were picking #3 I would rather try and work a deal with someone like Seattle and swap the #3 for thier two 1st round picks, give them Bayless, have Hibbert come to us and draft a back up PG with the latter of the two picks.
That would be a great thing to pull off that and get both a big and a small in the first round.... I do like the way Hibbert plays....![]()
......Go Bobcats!!!!! !!!..
Slam just what i said om the other thread. The thing about Hibbert is he can be very good or less than average.
My self i think hes going to have a solid carer with his passing abilitys. To go along with his size . But i don't think he's a top three pick . So i compleatly agree with SLAM
Thanks Ammofan!
Thabeet man...Thabeet.
7'3 and 265. Noted as "an above average runner of the court … Does a great job of getting initial post position by using his body wide and sealing off his defender … Has soft hands."
He's also producing better stats then Hibbert in the Big East (10.2 pts and 7.8 boards to go along with 4.4 blocks on 59%; Hibbert his sophmore year was 11.6 pts, 6.9 boards, 59% FG and 1.6 blocks and that's with Jeff Green), and Uconn has a better pedigree as of late in producing big men than Georgetown (see: Okafor, Boone, Villanueva, Hilton Armstrong, even Rudy Gay)
"His explosiveness: getting off the floor quickly is mind blowing for a player his size ... Physically he has all the tools needed to continue with his long arms and first-rate timing … Unlike many young players he has learned to be a very patient shot blocker that rarely bites on pump fakes … Has yet to even scratch the surface of his vast potential"
He's also compared to Dikembe Mutumbo. Not a bad big man to be compared to.
Seriously consider it Ziggy, serious consider it...
Who the fuck is Dominic Mcguire
We are starting to play ourselves right out of the top 10 if we're not careful! Oh well, we can live with winning I guess!
If we are picking outside the top 10, then I have to say I would not mind going after Hibbert there. I just would not take him with a top 5-6 pick.
