I think we have 15 winnable games left. But the term "Team Ball" will have to apply and we will have to play the best defence of the season to pull it off. If we pull if off we will more than likely make the playoffs. If not it will depend on how many wins we do get and how many loses the teams in front of us have....

Davcbow: I agree with your pick 100%. Those are the ones we have a fairly good shot to win, but i dont beleive we will win them all. 15-6 would be awesome finish, but seems pretty hard to believe for our team. But we can hope.

Dav7z: Dead right. I see NJ folding up. I dont think the Bucks have it nor the Pacers. This is mostly about Atlanta and the Bulls. Damn Bulls decided to play good last night. I was counting on King James helping us. Now, we have to beat his Cav's butts to gain retribution.

IF we play the rest of the way like we have played the past 3 games, we can make it to the 8th or even 7th spot if 76'ers can hit a rut. Honestly, I'd rather be 8th b/c I think we match up with the Celtics much better than we do with the Pistons.

It's looking like the Bucks are going to be without Mo Williams and Yi for an amount of time, so I think you guys are right about them and the Pacers.

Chicago looked good last night, but they have a stretch coming up of Boston tonight, Detroit, Utah (in Chicago), Philly, NOLA, NJ & SAS* where they could conceivably go 1-6.

Don't forget Philly BTW, they're playing fairly well.

Spectra agreeded , I think the 76ers are in and will take the 7th seed.
Tonights game is hudge if we beat Atlanta tonight i think that eight spot is going to be between us and the Bulls.
But both teams fight a up hill battle us being on the road so much and them playing more tough teams.
First we need to stick Atlanta tonight.

Like I mentioned above, I really think we want the 8th seed and not the 7th. I think we match up better with Boston as opposed to Detroit. For some reason, we just give Boston match up trouble and I think we would stand a better chance against them rather than Detroit.

All that said, we still have a ton of work to do if we even want to be in the picture. Cannot be looking too far ahead. Must protect out house tonight!

If we had won the winnable games, we would have already guaranteed a playoff spot (not literally of course, but maybe we'd be at 6th place now and that practically means a guarantee). That has been our problem during the whole year, we couldn't win games which we must win.

So... My answer to the question: Nope, no way at all...
