Good read and I agree that Wallace needs to come in off the bench and slowly work his way back, we dont want him to go down permanetly...

I think it's less about Gerald's health and more about our current momentum. We have to maintain the chemistry we have built over the last five games and add Gerald to the mix without causing a rift in our fluidity. Gerald will be fine, he just needs to focus on defending the wing, help defense, and rebounding and we will continue to have success.

What i don't want to see is the offense going through Gerald. Some iso plays is fine, but we do not want to rely on Gerald when we need a basket. Focus on the team, and running the offense through Ray Ray's penetration or pick and rolls and we will do fine. Do not let the half court set get stagnant by allowing Crash to be the go to guy. Of course he'll get his, but we are built to play as a team on both ends of the court, and that's what i want to see.

I think that's way beyond Vincent's capacity. For this first game just tell him to put Crash in whenever the first number of the game clock has a "7" on it and take him out when it gets to "3".

By the clock is pretty much how he does subs anyway...he probably lets Rose handle foul trouble situations.

Seriously, I do agree with your post, and from what Crash is saying that's what he's planning on doing...adjusting to what we have going on.
