Per the nbadraft.net site, we do have a 2nd this draft. It is our 2009 2nd that we lose due to the Rush trade in 2004

Also, it looks as tho we have 3 2nd rounders in 2009 anyway. Again, pr the nbadraft.net site, we get Hornets 2nd from the Melvin Ely trade in 2007, via Spurs we get Toronto 2nd from Nesterovic 2006 trade and via Toronto we get a Hornets 2nd from Aaron Williams trade of 2006.

Double check me if you can. When I go to the nbadraft.net site, and you see a 2nd round pick with an * by it, click on it. It will then give you the trades in the 1st and 2nd rounds of 2008 Draft and 2009 Draft.

And DraftExpress has noted on its transactions page that it is our 2009 2nd round we gave to LA. That is 2 reliable sources saying 2008 and 2 reliable sources saying 2009.

I am hopeful it is 2009 pick we gave up. I want Larry Brown to have as much ammo as possible in retooling our team into a winning franchise.

The trade was amended 11 months later? Found this on Realgm.com. So the Bobcats have their 2008 2nd round pick.
