Marcus Williams was picked by San Antonio in the second round of last summer's NBA draft after playing two years at Arizona. He appeared in seven exhibition games before being released by the Spurs, but was re-signed Dec. 26 and played in one game before being waived three days later.
He averaged 19.2 points and 6.9 rebounds in 36 games for the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League.
The Clippers signed Aaron Williams as a free agent on Aug. 1, 2006. He averaged 2.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in 30 games this season after playing in 38 games in the 2006-07 season.
