When will this guy get his coaching chance?

This guy should get a shot as an NBA coach. Guys with no head coaching experience anywhere are being considered and this guy has won titles as a head coach albeit the WNBA. He has a Lakers pedigree and should at the least be a qualified assistant head coach somewhere. Being successful as a head coach in the WNBA should not be ignored and having played for a Hall Of Fame head coach should at the least see him be considered by NBA brass. That is just my opinion.

Another WNBA coach that deserves a shot in the NBA is Bill Lambier. He has done an excellent job in the WNBA and should at least get an opportunity somewhere as an assistant.

I admire both of them for their ability on the Court, their BB IQ and their fierce competitiveness. I think they would both be great NBA Asst Coaches and would likely develope into good NBA Head Coaches.
