Extra Second Rounder?

The second round looks somewhat fruitful at the top. What do you think about swapping first rounders with Portland and asking for their 1st Second round pick? I'd love to get Dorsey and Walker in the second.

If we are dropping back 4 spots in the Lottery, they would have to give #33 and #36 and more. But if they are desperate enough to do it for a certain player they want, they might overpay.
