You just have to remember those odds are to win the championship. It shows how wide open it can be. Miami will be better next year, #1 Riley is out as coach, #2 DWade and Marion can start to click, #3 that draft pick is going to help them a ton either way it goes. Ridiculous what you can do when you truely tank, Boston for example. Still can't get over that, win the championship and best odds for next year because they were thrown together before the season and they will just get better next year, unless all those old fellas start wearing down from injuries etc. All that after completely tanking a season before in the Durant/Oden sweepstakes. Karma doesn't work in the NBA.
I wouldn't waste any money betting on the Bobcats to win the championship, if it was to get in the playoffs what would the odds be? I'd say 2/1
