Last time I checked we already have plenty of 3's and 4's. Aren't our issues in other spots in the rotation? Even if it IS just a rumor, we aren't exactly getting much in return for a starter.

Knick fans are the most brutal fans in the NBA. They hate almost everybody. And who do they want more than anyone to start at PF? Lee. Over a 20 pt 10 reb jackass of a teammate, I agree. But over that kind of production? Knick fans have been clammoring for Lee to start, and all those fans ever care about it winning. So yeah, I think Lee would be great for Charlotte at PF - better than Felton at PG for Charlotte. Now, would I rather have Boozer or Jamison? yes. Would I rather have Odom? No.

I like Love. I think he's a good baller and will have a good NBA career. Nothing amazing, but good. I didn't want to really draft him though because of my fear that he would have been exposed by quicker, more athletic PF's (although he does use angles and his body well).

Lee is a much, much worse version of Love.

We have Lee and we would have the same, only worse, problems on D.

Felts, on the other hand, can run a team and has dimensions to his game.

If we are going to trade him for a PF, trade him for someone like B.Wright, not someone like Lee!

Can Lee even score away from the basket? most times I watch him he gets his stats from put backs and allys good energy guy to have on your bench. And like I said last night I don't see how you think Odom wouldn't help us but you think David Lee would be such a much better fit.
