I don't have the quote, but he said before the draft that we were basically gaging player values more than we were actively seeking trades. Obviously, the Toronto trade seemed to be a possible deal. However, I don't think we're actively trying to completely make over the roster. It sounds like the Bobcats were in conversation with teams to figure out what was out there. If something makes a lot of sense, you do it. However, I think now that the draft is over, we're not in for any wacky trades unless it involves a clear upgrade, like a starting PF/C. And even then, I don't think it's likely.
My guess is we get our guys into the rookie camp, get our banged up guys healthy, and see where we're at during training camp. If we can pick up a blue collar big in later July, we might do so. Otherwise, I think the organization wants to see what we really have before we start signing new talent that may or may not be needed.
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
we could always still get jamison if we wanted to I think, i'm pretty sure if the bobcats offered him anything he'd accept it. he's always said multiple times that he wants to be here
Into the crevasse!

well if he does sign anything, it probably wont be for too long either...cuz he also said that he wants to finish his career here...so if we do ever get him..hopefully we get him sooner than later, but at one point in his career i definitely see him in a bobcats uniform even if it is like a pj brown-celtics role in the future when we are a contender
i dont know, i havnt seen any other player as enthusiastic to want to play here as jamison has been. when we were expansion team, he wanted to be here...he said another time (forgot when) that he would love to be a bobcat again, and then later said that he wants to finish his career in charlotte, his hometown...
