    Question 3 Team Swing

With Chicago wanting to keep Hinrich and needing cap space to sign Gordon and Deng they're in. With GSW looking for a pg and plenty of cap space they're in. But they acutally already have a pg. With the Bobcats needing a pf we're in as well.

    Charlotte out : Wallace,

Chicago out : Hughes, Thomas, Sefoloshia and Nocioni

GSW out : Wright, Harrington and Barnes(which he would have to be signed) O'Bryant

Charlotte gets Wright, Harrington, and Sefoloshia. This sures up the pf position but then puts us with sf of Dudley and Morrison. Maybe then we pursue someone like Outlaw from Portland or use Sefolshia at sf.

Chicago gets Barnes and O'Bryant who will be backups at sf and c while leaving a ton of cap space

GSW gets Wallace, Hughes, Thomas and Nocioni. They have cap space and will actually have a fairly descent starting five of Ellis, Hughes, Wallace, Randolf and Biedrins

POB didn't get a quilifying offer, Hes a free agent, I don't think Golden State wants to give up Wright or Randolph, Harrington might be tradable.
I was all so reading on the Golden State board they talking about going after OK50 .Thing is they might have the money to get him . They way under the cap and might over pay him.

Thats if the Brand thing falls through , Brand looks like hes going to Philly

Brand is gone to Philly and GSW has signed Maggette. They may take Okafor for Wright, Harrington. I really think they will make a push for Josh Smith now thou. Maybe if he doesn't sign then they will go after Okafor. We have to make some moves starting now or we will be left behind. Philly now has a shot of the playoffs in the east. Miller, IGGY, young, brand and Dalembert sounds good in the east.

You say that like it's a shock: they were a good team last year and made the playoffs, and even lead the Pistons 2-1 in their series. Obviously getting Brand (is it official? did he really screw over B Diddy and the Clips?) will make them even better, but it's not like they were hopeless before his arrival.

Now, if someone, GSW for example wants to overpay for Mek, so be it; I'm up for an equitable S'nT. I could be wrong, but if somebody is stupid enough to give max to Mek, I can't see us matching that. He'll get offered what he was last off season, and that's it, which is more than enough.

I dont want Wright or Harrington. Neither is better than what we already have.

    Davidson > Wright
    May (healthy) > Harrington.

    Crash > better than everyone.
