JR needs to teach his practice habits to the rest of the team. Turn the bad into good which only makes him better... He is a great player and deserves allstar status...

I think all J-Rich needs to do is start off hot for some of his teammates to catch on to his work ethic. Even if 2 or 3 players work as hard as he does (and I'm not saying none of the others work just as hard), then we can have a core that's even more solid.Originally Posted by ALong13

Swish is considered a leader on the team, but when he shows his teammates that his hard work makes him the great player he is he will truly be a great leader. Once he shows that by working at it, he can become a good defender, then the rest of the team will have to take notice and follow suit (or they could just be lazy douchebags - not mentioning anyone specifically).
And people have the nerve to poo poo the trade that brought him here.
