Expectations for tonight's game

What are people's expectations for tonight's game?

I hope we win, but I don't think we will look as good as we did against the Heat. We will be undersized against them, we'll see what kind of adjustments Brown can make. I'm thinking Nazr and Linton will back in the lineup.

Two interesting things though:

Will Jordan sit with the team again? Kwame Brown might get some minutes in this game, wonder if he'll play harder with Jordan on the sidelines.

Walter Herrmann is back in Charlotte. He's been on a tear lately, reminds me of the 2006 season when he stepped it up towards the end. I wish we had never traded him away.

My biggest expectation for this game is having it actually show up on TV. I won't be holding my breath.

I'll be happy with:

Point guard play if they keep both turnovers and Chauncy in single digits
Small forward play if they outrebound Herrman and Prince
Forward/Center if they remember Wallace is perfectly happy taking three pointers and defend him when he's out there
The Bobcats in general if they use clock, remember the Pistons are a 48 minute grind and play defense the entire game
Our shooters if they make the baskets they should make, and don't just take the quick shots as soon as they see them

Well I actually expect us to win again.....I think Gerald will match up well againest Sheed or Amir Johnson. JD is also playing well and J-Rich is starting right where he left off. If Felton takes 4 shots again like he did Saturday we will win.

Steven A. Smith (keeping in mind that his initials are a permutation of ASS) is reporting that the nuggets are gonna trade AI to Detroit for Chauncey and Antonio.

I wonder if this happens before the game tonight. I doubt it, but it would be nice to not have to deal with those two, and I doubt AI could get with the team in time to make a huge difference in the game.

Looks like the Billups and Dice for Ai deal is going down. Wonder if that means Billups wont play and Stuckey will run the show tonight?

I'm hoping to see high energy D, good ball movement, good team play and everyone fulfilling their roles.

If that results in a win, that will be great. If it doesn't, so long we we play as a team and in control, I'll be happy.

I think we stand a better chance not having to deal with Billups. Bonnell's reporting now that those two weren't at shoot-around this morning so that bodes well for them not being at the game either.

The Pistons might be a little shell shocked after this big trade. It seems they will be without at least 2 key players. The Bobcats definitely need to take advantage of this.

i think we stand a good chance at winning this one with billups gone...that said what the hell are the pistons thinking...AI does not make them any better

Well, the Piston's have one thing going for them. Even if AI gets to town before tonight, we all know he can't make a team better with practice. He's supposed to be a franchise player, and we're hoping the Pistons won't get him in time for practice? How can he make his teammates better by practicing?
