do a google search for "sopcast". About 3 links down was the download, but the main site will carry you right to it. I downloaded the one for "windows", and I chose "open". An explorer window came up, inside there were 3 files...double click on the executable. It should fire up a window sort of like the old media player. Post in the numbers marvel posted and there you go.
