I'll take any option where Matt Carroll = decent Power Forward. I love Matt and all, but we could use a 4 and giving up Matt doesn't break up the solid core we've got. Plus, he'd probably get more playing time with whoever trades for him.
Rumor has it that Chris Wilcox, along with Nick Collison, are on the trading block of the Thunder. I think we should try to trade for Wilcox because he's 6-10, and can run the floor and also rebound very well. He's also a local guy from Raleigh (Enloe HS) so maybe a trade here will rejuvenate him.
Plus i don't think we would have to give up Gerald Wallace, as the Thunder are overstocked at the forward positions. I believe that a trade such as Matt Carroll and a 2nd round pick would interest them. They need help at SG to back up Kevin Durant.
Here's the realistic options I think we have to trade for at PF in order of what I think is the solution:
1.) Chris Wilcox
2.) Andrea Bargnani (would have to trade Wallace)
3.) Al Harrington (would have to trade Wallace)
4.) Stromile Swift
5.) Ike Diogu
6.) Juwan Howard (yes, we ARE that desperate)
Not ranked: Eddy Curry

Apparently the Clippers want to move Kamen, but not interested in what Cats have to offer. But NJ may be interested in Hassell and Williams for Carroll.

Vescey being pretty much a dick so far as LB is concerned, but you know what? I can forgive that because he writes this:
Thank God!That does not entail importing or including Eddy Curry in some shadowy three-team train affecting Gerald Wallace. It's unclear who should be discredited for manufacturing that whopper. However, merely a minimal degree of groundwork by those who circulated the report throughout the NBA would've established its in-authenticity.
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, ‘All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker

I don't think anything the NY Post prints is true.
