    Default Lets Not Trade Felton

After seeing how Felton has recently played, and how LB like to run 2 PG's out there at a time, I would like for us to keep him. I might even go as far as to say we should re-sign him after the season, if the money is right. After all this trade speculation that has been around the Bobcats for the past few weeks, I don't believe that they are going to be trading anyone. Hopefully we keep this team intact, although trading EO50 for Kaman straight up would work salary-wise, but I think we would have to wait until after Dec. 15 or next year, not sure about that. Now that would be a deal I could get support, Kaman has developed into a double-double guy like EO50, and he has the size and scoring ability to help out the 'Cats a lot IMO. So what do you think? Keep Felton and Wallace, re-sign Wallace, and trade EO50 for Kaman. I like it.

(Quite a long post for myself, I must say!)

i think these types of posts are getting kinda old (no offense)

first off. wallace isnt expiring, we resigned him not last summer but the one before that, and hes got 4 years left essentially.

second. we just resigned okafor, who in my opinion is better then kaman, and I dont quiet understand why you think the clips would trade him after they denied us once.

third. just because felton had a good game last night doesnt mean thats going to stay the same. now, he has (sort of) been improving under lb's system, so I am not hating him like i usually do.

but most importantly, front office makes decisions with contact of larry brown, and will do a better job understanding the situation than you, me, or anyone on this board will, so lets relax, hope that there are no desperation trades, and see what shakes out.

I dont expect to see emeka go anywhere

at this point, we can trade basically any of our bench players and get a 4 that is better than what we currently have

The only reason to trade Felton this season is to pick up and Worth-while PF. Even if he's not playin as well as he probably should, He's still a 3rd yr starter. Even if Felton scored big the other night as we have seen over his 3 yrs , He won't keep that up the whole yr.

I love Crash but if we have to get rid of him to better the team then so be it. Everyone including Felton is on the trading block for this team. So yes, Lets trade Felton if he actually has some value and can get what we need.
As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it
