I think whether DJ starts or not is a silly issue. He still gets good minutes and is very productive off the bench. He's basically a 6th man right now. Felton and Bell can start but it's up to production to see who finishes. Bell isn't the scorer Rich was but he plays good defense and good defense usually leads to a easy shot on the other end for someone. I have been a outspoken fan of DJ since draft night but I'm satisified with him off te bench right now since he still gets 25-30 minutes a game. Did i Mention he has been productive
As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it

I'm bumping this thread because its hard to say we shouldn't be starting him now. Bell got ejected down 10 and DJ played the rest of the game from there and had another great game. His FT% is huge....we know if we have a lead give him the ball and let the team foul DJ so he can get us two points.

I find it hard to believe he still should be the "6th" man.....start DJ and Felton and just make sure you always have one of them on the floor. DJ wasnt tired at the end of the game (or at least it didnt effect his play). DJ shouldnt get under 30 minutes a game from now on.

you have to trust LB and his assesment of PG. there has to be a good reason why DJ is coming off the bench.

We have Felton for now and his only postive IMO is he is a Vet. It doesn't seem to effect DJ coming off the bench, So let him sit and learn from LB at the start of the game. DJ plays when it matters reguardless of how many minutes end up in the box score. For those of us who get to watch the games, We see he's playin when he needs to. But he doesn't need to over do it. He's a rookie and he's basically the offense of the team.
