Alright, yahoos.
To anyone who wants to jaw before the game, we're meeting up at the sandwich place below the stadium that's across the street from the bus station.
I can't think of the name of the place, but they have wicked toasted sandwiches for fairly cheap.
We'll be there by 5:45. Just chant "BCP" and we'll size you up and then invite you over or just watch you as you make a full of yourself walking around the restaurant.
Peace out! Go Bobcats!
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
I'm glad this worked out well for you guys last game.
Any thoughts on setting up a regular time/location for BCP folks to meet up before the game?
We could identify each other by any of the following phrases:
"Fine Ham Biscuit" ( a classic )
"Hell No, Keep Ballin"
"Bench Jeff McInnis" ( it still feels good to scream that every now and then )![]()
Well, it was really just Ampsportsduo finding us. However, we had a good time talking before the game.
It would be cool to have a regular meet up. The only problem I see is that so many people are hit or miss in terms of going to games.
A plug for Bellacino's: it's under the arena, it's pretty affordable, and they have great sandwiches. If you get there at or before 5:45, it's usually not too crowded.
You know what would make meeting up easy, Ziggy? BCP t-shirts.
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
I've always like the T-Shirt idea unfortunately my photoshop skills are even worse than crap.
I envy some of the designs that Golden State of Mind put together for members of their site --> http://www.zazzle.com/goldenstateofmind
and I would love to do the same here.
I agree. Like I put on the Detroit thread, I wish there was a place to meet up in the arena at halftime. Pre-game could work once in a while for me, but since I'm a good hour away, and 85's traffic patterns are unpredictable, I leave from here at 5 everytime, and I get there as early as 6:05, or as late as 7:15, though it's much closer to the former.
Whatever the concensus, I'm up for it.....and BCP t-shirts would be great, though I'm not creative nor computer savvy enough to help with the production.
