Only 1.5 out still. But those pesky Knicks are playing well. Have to give them credit. They wont let us pass them without a fight.

Bad night!!! Will lose 2 spots in rankings, to Chicago and Indiana, if Chicago holds on to their lead. Man, without Crash, this team just doesn't seem to have it together. Ouch!
I was honestly thinking we were just a player or two shy of a run (needing help at the 2/3 with a spot open for a FA combo)...but without wallace we are stuck just watchingHopefully we can pick up some good stuff with the pick this year as we wont have it next...I haven't given up, because here hasnt been an official "wallace will/wont be back" announcement and Martin seemed like any good ready to play rook in the NBA, so hopefully he can get to the "I'm ready to start" and we keep him...
What to do, what to do...
Nobody wants to heart this because of it's seeming inanity and simplicity, but if it's meant to be, it's meant to be. I know none of us are giving up hope on this year, but I think having another lottery pick groomed by Larry will do the team wonders for the future. I know Raja isn't getting any younger, but he's still got enough good years left in him so that we'll be an even stronger team to begin next year and not put ourselves in the hole we did this year.
All along (even before The Trade) I thought this was the year of the paradigm shift in which Larry sets things in place for what is to come AFTER this year with an unlikely chance at making the playoffs THIS year. I will say with The Trade, that changed because, when healthy, we are a top 8 eastern conference team. Just like last year, I can't give up until I can see the writing on the wall, but yes, at this point, it is unlikely. Nonetheless....GO CATS!

Well, here it is after Chicago won. And without Crash, it wont get any easier.

Well, we're off till Monday. But tonight, Indiana fell back behind us, but the others we are chasing all won and expanded their lead over us. Not a good Saturday night.
