i hope we can bounce up for tomorrow's game.this game looked painful to say the least, coming from a high of the celtics W.
Good point; I hadn't thought of that, and if that's the case, I'm all for keeping him up here.
Being that I'm biased with Lexy, you can toss any credibility of what I'm about to say out the window, but there's no reason at all to fret about how he looks now. He's a very intelligent kid who is working hard to improve, but is getting scant playing time, which makes it appear that he is regressing from a month ago, which isn't the case. The turnaround move that got him to the foul line tonight looked like someone who'd been in the league for years, not to mention his rebounding.
This year is his introduction to the states, to the actual game of basketball, and learning to develop and hone his skill set. Out of all the players on the roster, on-court productivity matters the least when it comes to Lexy, so don't work yourselves into a lather worrying about his game....it'll come.
As for the Cavs game; only a title contender could've pulled off a sweep against those two teams back to back, especially considering the back half was against a team that hasn't lost at home. A healthy Raja would've made this game much more competitive (Matt shooting 1-8 as a starter?), but would've been a loss nonetheless. Like Keetch says, we just have terrible matchup issues with their guys, and we're done with them for the year, which is your silver lining for the night.
"The Charlotte Hornets name has been a mainstay throughout the region for many years, and we are excited to announce our intention to re-establish this historic brand. We believe that its return will galvanize our fan base by unifying our loyal Bobcats fans with those who have strong memories of our city's NBA predecessor." MJ, 5-21-13
