What happened to Wallace tonight?

I didn't get a chance to watch the game, but I did listen to a good deal of it on the radio. This didn't sound like a bad night - a bad night is when the shots aren't falling. He didn't even attempt a shot, which says a lot to me. To me it sounded like he made an effort not to take shot, maybe trying to get a point across. Not sure what that point would be, but I have my own opinions.

I was thinking along the lines of why care anyone, but not involving a trade of any kind. I think that he's sick of seeing Raymond take and miss so many shots. He's shooting just under 50% on the year and maybe better the past month, yet the guy who is a terrible shooter and finisher is leading the team in shots almost every night. Including nearly every single shot in crunchtime. Why even try?

Maybe he was trying to prove a point. I don't know, I could be way off. But it's not like Gerald to take 0 shots - he would pretty much have to try to do that.

I see G-Dub as a competitor, I don't think he would do that to prove a point... Not after giving 110% night in and night out for a mediocre team... I do think he would do that if he thought he was getting traded to a better team soon, why put forth the effort, save it for a winning team...
All that being said I wouldn't put it past any NBA player to make a point to coaches/Management by not shooting on purpose even in the playoffs... (I'm talkin' bout you Kobe)
