That was a part of the thought process.

Hasn't he always been high on Howard?

Ohara, I think that's a really good deal for the other two teams for sure. For us it'd save a lot of money as it basically eliminates Crash's contract, but unless we want to pay Wilcox (thus negating the savings) I think we'd lose a lot of talent.

There'd have to be picks coming our way.

Anyone know what other 2 OKC has?
Did some research have found that the other two OKC have are very misleading. They have the Spurs only if the spurs are top 15 this year or top 10 next year and then the lotto protected one they just got from the Nugs

Oh yeah, no doubt he'd do this trade....I just don't see him negotiating one as good.

    Edit:

^ Those two picks just aren't enticing to me at all.

Well I'd guess those would be fairly good late 1st round picks to take... I figure spurs come up top 10, so a #20 or so pick, and nuggets top 6 so 24th...

Let us all not forget (I think) we have OKC's own 2nd round pick for Weaver, so shouldn't that be 31st overall (like getting a 1st rounder in the 2nd), albeit on a very dry draft from what I understand...Maybe we can pick up this kid Jonny Flynn with that 2nd rounder.

nbadraft.net has the Spurs pick just being Lottery protected. No way does San Antonio not make the Playoffs. So that and the Nuggets pick would along with the OKC 2nd which will be almost like another 1st, and of course our own 1st if we dont make the Playoffs. That would be a good deal of picks for LB to work with in the next draft. I realize this may not be the best of drafts, but I really do think LB is an excellent critic of NBA talent and I do trust him to recognize what will be a solid player.
