For me it's still Crash. He's the hardest to replace becase of what he does and can do.
It's not as cut and dry as it has been in the past though.
The Observer is running this poll..I'm surprised to see that RF is atop of the list.
I voted for RF, probably a bit biased since I took into consideration his attitude towards self improving, DJ, and potential trade. Since the trade, his shooting percentage increased to 40.9% vs 39.5% before the trade. His PPG increased to 14.3 from 12.9 as well. Assists improved slightly too.
I would have voted for Diaw if he had been in Charlotte since the beggining of the season and maintained the same performance.
Maybe the trade talks have pushed him to work harder. Or maybe his worked harder to Bell's & DJ's injury.
Whatever the reason..I would go ahead and vote for RF for most improved player so far as well

Of the 8 Cats I consider important, 5 starters + DJ, Juwan, and S. Brown I could argue how each is the MVP. I mean Felton has gotten better, and made DJ better, but having DJ has also lit a fire under him like no ones business. Bell is getting better as he Gels, Diaw has do so much to those around him. Meka does have a killer average, and as is always pointed out, is one of 3 players to average a double double for 4 seasons in a row, going on a 5th. Juwan has brough us that veteran leadership that so many players before him were supposed to, but he actually gets it done...certainly Nazr hasn't stepped up in that department.
All that said, Wallace would be the hardest to replace... his style of play (even the tamed down version this year and after the injury last) has defined what I'd expect a SF to do... LeBron may bring alot to a game, but he doesnt outplay wallace, just gets away with more... Wallace should honestly be averaging 20/10 but he had to share alot with J-Rich and he has had a few bad games (I can't say I would even be able to suit up, much less do anything after finding out someone so close had passed). He has also shown his dedication to this team, driving to Memphis, that was sick... If there were an MVP given to each team, GW would have my vote that's for darn sure...
What to do, what to do...
Sean May.
His lack of desire to care caused the Bobcats to trade for Diaw.
The May answer is good, but it could also go to Nazr
Mine goes to swish, for helping us while he was here, being a class act, and getting us a great player and 2 good ones
I would give it to Raymond Felton. He has been clutch, and even though the media keeps talking about us wanting to trade him he goes out every night and gets the job done.
I voted for Diaw in that poll because it sure appears that his presence has turned our team totally around.
If everyone's included and not just the players then it's LB hands down.
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, ‘All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker
"Its okay to be bad; just so long as you're bad ass." - Keetch
After hearing what Crash has been through this year and the way he has handled it, he gets my vote.
