Default Are we getting better...or is it just the Lakers?

All you (US Based) Cats fans who can't get the Cats for one reason or another rejoice, Tuesday night's game against the Lakers is going to be televised for all of america. http://www.nba.com/FanNight/ I voted of course, but I'm sure more Lakers fans voted...but we can dream

Of course it's because of the Laker fans.

It'd be great for them to vote for this game only to be beaten.

it ould be awesome if we beat them, but we do have a chance if Bell's defense and Diaw's offense show up

I'd like to see bell give us his typical anti-Kobe performance, maybe a clothesline, that'd be cool...

I'm not sure we'll win, as much as I'd love to, have we beaten them at Staples Center? I've only been a fan (of the NBA) for a bit over a year or so...but I'd love for us to win, I'd be happy enough for us to just compete... Just glad the lakers are towards the front of the road trip

This will probably be blacked-out in the Carolinas, right?

The Cats should beat them on national television. In LA.

    This plan is fool-proof.

I'm not sure, I don't think NBA TV has to follow black out rules.

We've won the last two there for sure. We should've beaten them in Year 1, but BK couldn't knock down 2 FTs to seal the game, and Kobe hit a game winner to beat us. Can't remeber what happened Year 2.

You mean all of American that gets NBA TV. Charter in Upstate SC doesn't get it. Again, the number of games we can see this year is still going to be ZERO.

I am not so sure how 'national' NBA TV is.
It is a channel you have to pay extra to get which means not everybody gets it.
I think it is a huge injustice that 2 teams with a COMBINE win total equal to ours (OKC and Washington) get on regular TV (ESPN/TNT/ABC) and we dont.

I think this is the most important game in the small history of the franchise. ESPN talked more about us winning than the team we were playing losing for the first time I can remember. If we can go into LA and beat the Lakers people will finally stop thinking about us the way we think about Memphis and Oklahoma City.

This one game can change the perception of our franchise and make the rest of the world (besides France) finally pay attention to us
