I really don't hate that line up with Juwan at the starting 4.
However, I can't help but wonder how shitty our bench will be if that happens.
I mean, you can't just hope that Juwan falls in a pond and comes out 10 years younger.
From reading the observer (you all know where to go for Rick's page) it seems that yesterday's full practice Juwan practiced with the starters instead of in the 4-on-4 the bench plays. Juwan would be (based on my VERY limited research) on the oldest starters in the league, but we've seen he can do it minute wise he's definitely capable of 30-35...in the other minutes we can push Diaw up to 4 and put in Martin for a good 18 and give Ammo a DNP-CD for all I care...
There is also some interesting info that Diaw will probably work in the second unit a bit as a PG/SF and bring the ball up, pass it to someone, move to SF and then try to put it in...that should make for some interesting gameplay, not that he doesn't have the skills for sure he does, but I'm imagining that he'll be playing Diaw with Lil Sean so that he has someone to kind of help him a bit. This could be that transition to the 2 for Lil Sean that I've been waiting for. All in all tonight's game could be very interesting.
What to do, what to do...

i saw this one coming..starting ammo at SF is only good if he is generating points and making assists..since he he hasn't done either, then he is more of a liability to us due to his poor defense
while juwan is good off the bench, i don't see him being as effective as a starter..but hope he proves me wrong. there's really nothing else we can do, other than
1) sean may comes back
2) move bell to SF once DJ is healthy
I think Juwan will step up tonight with being a starter. It may work out.
i hope so...i mean, thats the only way we are going to survive without wallace
my concern about howard is that he is slow on defense and not sure about how good of a rebouder he is. while he has been a good scorer off the bench, it also has to do with the amount of minutes he plays. as a starter, he will play a lot more, which could get him tired and see a drop in the FG %..but we will see!
Is this what they are talking about doing in tonights lineup?
1) Felts/Singletary/Shannon/
2) Bell/Shannon/Singletary
3) Boris/Martin/Adam
4) Juwan/Nazr/Lex
5) Mek/Diop/Nazr
......Go Bobcats!!!!! !!!..
I can't imagine Nazr playing PF. Mek will play there first if needed/Larry thinks it would be good tactical option for a stretch. Nazr is somewat bigger and i guess slower.
