Default I also love Raja Bell

I think all of us were a little worried about Bell in those first few games. He seemed a little off and trying to impress to hard. Then he started getting his game together , but hurt his knee. Since then he was been an offensive force for the Cats. He's also back to lock down Raja. He may not force alot of turnovers but he makes shots hard and make the person he guards work. It's hard to tell which player Diaw or Bell has added more to this team. Raja is a little over looked IMO. We focus alot more on Diaw and his passing abilty. IMO Raja has added more in this trade. Sometimes in the NBA it seems easier to make a good pass then it is to hit a open jumper. Raja brings a toughness to this team that really only Okafor and Wallace brought before. With Wallace out I think Bell well be this teams post all-star break MVP.
As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it

i do like Bell. but i don't think we are talking enough about Diaw. He is gonna be getting minutes at the point over the next few games till DJ gets back. I mean how awesome is the trade when you get a guy that can play the 1, 3 or 4. and do them all pretty well.
I'm with Larry, Diaw has changed the team culture because he is such a different player than we are used to and Bell is just gravy on top.

Oh i knew he was great, Just seems on this site and others he's being over looked or maybe over shinned by Diaw. At SG we traded J-rich for Raja and He's a huge improvment over J-Rich. Diaw is a special player, I just think by the end of the year Bell will be more productive over all IMO.

I am a definite fan of Bell. I love that he can knock down the jumper and play strong defense. I won't say that the talk of Diaw is too much, as he is the FIRST legit PF this franchise has ever had. And when you consider that the PF position has replaced the C position in significance in the NBA over the last 5+ years, that is why he gets so much attention. Beyond coaching and injuries, the lack of a modern day NBA PF has been the thing that has held this franchise back the most, IMO.

I was very excited about Bell as soon as I heard about the trade and he wasn't performing at first but I knew he would eventually find his groove (I wasn't a member of the board yet during the trade talks and after the trade happened cuz I didn't know about this board yet) but I knew he would come around and man has he come around. He just had to find his groove and gel with the team a bit.

i've been happy with bell's performance so far. aside from his defense & and experience, he has been fairly consistent as of late.

not sure if he can drive to the basket as well as he shoots, but it would be nice if he can do this a bit more , now that GW is out

I think we got the better end of the deal myself, hated losing J-rich and Duds too but Bell and Diaw have both been a very good pickups for us and Singletary should work out to be pretty good someday with more experience....
    ......Go Bobcats!!!!! !!!..
