LETS GO! i am pumped for this one!
I can't believe no one has made a thread yet.
Tonight in a huge matchup The Hawks and Bat Boy come to town.
We are 0-3 against the Hawks this season. But i think they are a very beatable team... especially the way we have performed lately.
Lets keep it up and complete our drive for 5 and set a record.

The next game is always the most important. I can't believe we've not beaten the Hawks yet this year, but each time we play them they just seem to finish.
Tonight's our night. F 'em up, Cats!
i was feeling confident a couple of weeks ago when orlando came to town, and we are in a similar situation. we need to beat the hawks tonight. they should be our geographical rival and until last season have had similar fates success-wise. i feel like to tonight will be our night as well. we are playing confident basketball and we could be .5 game out of the #8 seed tonight if all goes accordingly. lb has his troops believing and if we can play like we did on tuesday night, we should come out with a W. i hope the place is packed and there's some electricity in the building. i will be watching it at work.

Leaving for TWC arena shortly and am ready to rock and roll. Last time if memory serves me when we were there to watch them play the hawks we blew i think it was a 17 pt lead and i was PISSED. Let's hope they can just play a full 48 minutes. Just had a few nice days of rest and this is the type of a game a team making a playoff run simply must win.
I also just found out my wife who has our baby due to arrive on 4/4 now may deliver anytime in the next two weeks so i may not make some of the remaining games (I'll have tickets for those interested). I secretly hope the little guy waits until early April and comes at the road trip LOL
LET'S GO CATS
Actually, this is weird, but I don't think we can gain any ground tonight. With a win, we'll stay at 1.5 games back and if we lose we'll drop to 2.5. The Bulls and Bucks are tied for the 8th spot right now, and are playing each other tonight. They can't both lose, unfortunately.
Anyway, I'll pull for the Bulls to beat the Bucks, at least then we can't fall any further behind in the win column. Currently the Bucks have 29 wins, the Bulls 28 and the Bobcats only 26. I'd hate to see the Bucks get to 30 wins tonite.
I tend to not watch the total games behind stat, but just follow wins anyway. In the end, you need so many wins.
Bobcats Redemption?
Keetch is right. At best, we stay 1.5 games behind either the Bucks or the Bulls. Bonnell has an interesting blog up about our competition's next five games. The Bulls' schedule looks harder than the Bucks', and we have the tie-breaker over the Bulls whereas the Bucks have the tie-breaker over us. Additionally, the Bucks have found an amazing way to continue to win despite serious injuries to Bogut and Redd. We also get a chance to gain another entire game on Chicago when we play them in April.Go Cats! (and to lesser extent, Go Bulls!)
we need this!
BOBCATS FTW.....damm i am such a lmao
Ahh but the bulls are 28-34 and the bucks are 29-35 so we want the bulls to win to keep them BOTH below the 30 win mark. For all they are mathematically tied the bulls have played 2 less games then the bucks (but still 1 more then the cats).
On a side note, we are picked to win by 2.5 over the hawks.

I look at the loss column not the win or games back
We can gain wins - can't erase losses
Go Bobcats - F the hawks
