Knicks looking to sign and trade David Lee... for Emeka???

I dont really wanna trade Emeka but David Lee is more consistent than Mek but at the same time he can't jump to the moon like Emeka can. I just wonder what you guys think about this. I'm just tossing around possible ideas to strengthen our core.

I have to say no on this one, we need a bigger 5 not a smaller 5.... although the #'s are comparable it wouldnt make us any better...

why dont we just sign David Lee, and not trade Emeka?

Or why dont we trade Emeka for draft picks and sign david lee on our own?

But i would do Emeka + 2 2nd round picks + future considerations for David Lee and pick #8, i doubt the Knicks would.

The Knicks are not willing to pay Lee...so why would they do a sign and trade for EO50s contract? They wouldn't...if we want Lee I'm sure we'd go after him with a different player that D'antoni actually wants from our roster (Diaw if Walsh would let him)....I could see that but not EO50s contract to the Knicks...so who do you want...Diaw or Lee?
