And it's NOT Charlotte...thank God.Originally Posted by Rick Bonnell

When SI asked him point blank, NYC or the QC, he said the Big Apple. Without hesitation.
Can someone explain to me why we think he's a savior?
Btw i dont want Curry, im just saying he has tools to become a really good player. Not saying he will become one, but he does have the tools.
I think he would say that because he wants to be a higher draft pick with the Knicks. He would get more money, more exposure, and be in a system that would play to his strengths.
I don't think it's a dis to us. I just think he's trying to make himself as glued to the higher picks as possible, especially if he's already got a good relationship with the Knicks organization.
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
He's a very, very good player. If he does end up growing to 6'5" he's going to be a MUCH better version of Kevin Martin. What's not to like there?
I don't blame him for positioning himself with the Knicks.
It's not like he didn't come to Charlotte to work out. Heck, we were the very 1st place he came to.
as a lifetime knicks fan i'm not mad b/c curry in d'antoni's system is scary. as for the 'cats, i'm uber-happy b/c now i don't have to worry about him coming to charlotte. i hope he succeeds, but if he came here, i would be nervous about how he would fit in and what we had to give up in order to move up to draft him. now, if we can scratch blair and hansborough off our list, i could sleep better at night.
