1) How did you choose your screen name? My sons name is Dav, His baseball and basketball number was #7 from age five through college ball, I kinda just added the z

2) Could you tell us a little about where you grew up and about your family? Im a local kid born and raized in the area.

3) Did you play in any sports or where you involved with any High School clubs and such? I played high school football, basketball, Ran track. Wasn't the best in any but had a lot of good times.

4) What is your fondest memory of your teenage years? Trying to pick up girls it seems back in those days thats all thet was on our minds. lol

5) What was your first job? Fast food of all things. Had to quit school and help out.

6) What lead to your dedicated following of the Bobcat's? The love me and my boy had toghter for all sports. He was Duke and i was Carolina it went to the Hornets from there to the Bobcats now. Even though hes 26 now we still try to go together.

7) Could you tell us one of your favorite memories of the Bobcat's? I love Laker games we seem to step up and pull out wins. The last two Laker wins was my favorite of all.

8 ) How did you find the Bobcats Planet and what keeps you active on the site? Ziggy posted it on the Bobcats site for some reason over two years ago. I read it and got hooked . I've seen a lot come and go over the years . Ive still got a shirt i won on hear thet says in big letters.

9) What other sports teams do you follow? Panthers and the Braves but for some reason the Bobcats are number #1

10) When you’re not on Bobcats Planet what could you likely be found doing with your spare time? My son is a coach and when im able ill go watch a game or two hes coaching. Even though it's just 18 year old kids.

11) If you could have one moment being part of the Bobcats organization, what would it be? Let me be GM it would be rumors and moves all off season . Expections and talk fill the seats. Thats where the organization has made many mistakes. They don't try to get the public talking. Even thair web page sucks and we find more news than the offical site does. [example] D Browns summer league stats. That could have been posted.

12) How many trips have you made to the Time Warner Cable Arena? About 20 last year. Ive got 43 games this year and hope to make 20 again

13) What is your worst fear? Health? Not being able to walk or get around any more. Walking is hard. Its odd how we take easy things for granted til we start to lose them.

14) What type of hobbies do you enjoy? Palying around on the net, Watching sports, Hunting for Bobcats news

15) What’s your favorite food? It use to be fast food. Im diabetic now so it's a lot of fish and Chicken.

16) Where are some of the places you’ve been, and where are some of your favorites. Marco Island, Jekyll Island, LA is nice.

17) What is one thing you've always wanted to do, but haven't done yet in your lifetime? Thats what we trying to do now is things we never had a chance or time to do when we was young. We try to go as much as health lets me go.

1 If you could live anywhere where would it be? This is nice hear close to the beach and the mountains, It don't get to hot or to cold. The green trees and land most people don't even notice. Carolina is a great place.

19) Name your favorite 3 Bobcats all time and explain the reason for one or more of them.
1st Felton Hes the toughest player we have. I love the way he sucks it up and plays through pain.
2nd Wallace Fearless leaves it all on the court. Win or lose he still leaves it all on the court.
3rd Diaw Great addition effortless talent, He has no idea how good he could really be. Im looking for Brown to bring some of that out this season.

20) Up to this date, what is one of your favorite Bobcats Planet memories? Some of the May threads. I loved the one we compared him to RERUN. To this day i still think they look alike.

21) Anything else you'd like to add? Thanks to all you guys for your support over the years . With the things you over look like my spelling and gramer. No other site would be understanding. This is the Bobcats number#1 site thanks to all you guys . And a special thanks to Ziggy for such a great creation.

Doug, (still call you dav on the regular boards though) glad you were the subject of the interview... well deserved. Since we hung out at the Pistons game together last year (the almost miracle comback), I've known how cool of a guy you are.

Have to look you up in your new seats next season.....even though we won't be neighbors anymore, glad you got the upgrade at no extra cost!
