    Default cool

at least we know they are going after good people. Childress is a great young player with a ton of upside that never got the respect he deserved while playing for the hawks. If only they could have gotten some sort of deal done we would be in great shape at sg and sf

    does this matter at all?
    WE DIDNT GET HIM.

I hate it when people are like 'give the FO credit, they tried to get _____ but he didnt want to come' 'cut them some slack, we couldnt get rid of ____ to get _______'.

Sure no moves are better then bad moves, but this team needs improvement, and we need to go out and make some good moves, not spend our entire summer 'trying to make good moves'. Getting things lined up to make a big deal then comming up short/failing to follow through isnt going to cut it anymore. We need to get better by any means nessisary and we need to do it now.

Yea, we could've only offered the MLE unless we renounced Felton (iirc, maybe doesn't even matter, not sure how Hendo and Brown affected our space) anyway, which the Hawks would've loved. It's for the best.

You just said a mouth full. The FO needs to get something going to help the team and it needs to start sooner than later.

It's easier said than done w/ money restrains & when you haven't had a winning season sad but the honest truth Charlotte will not be a market for difference making free agents until our W column fills up.

It's no secret the NBA is a rich get richer league.

The article made it sound as though the issue was getting the Hawks to agree to a sign and trade. I take that as we didn't have the pieces to make a good enough offer.
