^zomg mek wasn't dwight or yao or duncan wtf!?
Too bad Emeka's charity work and being a "good guy" doesn't make him a legit center or do anything but produce average results on the court. Maybe I'm more "all business" than some of you, but you give me a center who can give us 20-10+ on a nightly basis, and he can suck at life more than anyone on the team and I'd welcome him with open arms.

Centers like Howard embarrassed everyone. All I did was listed the guys that actually got 20/10 who were centers, why you mad?
I'm not mad, I'm in shock that people are upset to see Emeka go and think this is an atrocity. I firmly believe that Emeka was a MAJOR reason we didn't get it done down the stretch last year and get into the playoffs. I'm glad people liked that he stayed out of trouble and was a nice person and all, but this is basketball for christsake. You all can have your "All-I volunteer with the Boys & Girls club" team that is in the cellar season after season, I want this friggin team to win and I think that by having a legit center (Please be healthy TC!) now gets us a long way to our goal.
The team folded because it lost it's catalyst, Raja Bell. Whatever though man, blame who you have to.
Raja going down was a big reason as well, but watching that stretch of games at the end, I saw 100% effort by everyone that was on the court except for #50. There's a reason Larry started Nazr for a game or two at the end of the season over Emeka, he's as sick of pisspoor effort as I was and as all Bobcats fans should have been.
Are you questioning my fanhood?
Not at all, I just wonder how much of this reaction (not saying from you in particular) has to do with emotional attachment because Emeka was our first draft choice and the whole Emeka vs Dwight thing back then. I know if Wallace was ever traded, I'd be on here giving Bob and MJ absolute hell, but I genuinely feel that Wallace is our best player as well so it wouldn't be all personal. I simply do not see how someone could watch our games and come away with the notion that Emeka is one of our top 3-4 players.
