I wonder what the team goals were. Were they something other than winning as many games as possible? Larry thinks Tyson can play the 4 some, so that should get Nazr very excited since he would be playing the 5 in those situations.
Nazr made the following quote on my twitter when asking if he was looking forward to this season and how his workouts were going...
I'm not a huge Nazr fan, but the attitude was upsetting to me...I understand he's upset, but I'd like to hear something to the effect that maybe he wants to prove to everyone he still can play at a high level, not that he's not excited about it...This may seem like nothing to yall, but it was pretty upsetting to meNazrMohammed@AaronLong92 I cant say Im excited but I will be prepared. Didn't like how last season went personally or our team goals.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is, but the team goals would be telling. Maybe Nazr is one of those championship or bust type guys. He might also be concerned about the team BJ trying to sell the team.
Definitely not what a fan wants to hear.
SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
I respect waht he said, he was sincere. And it was just twitter not officaial interview or press conferencde. I would rather hear this than some fake comments about how is happy in Charlotte and enthusiastic about his situation there. Nobody at his place would be thrilled to be third center off the bench, being placed on injury list occasionally.
Yeah, I can forgive his lack of excitement. He seems unsure what his place is on the team.
I'm happy to hear both that he's prepared for this season, and unhappy about how last season went for him. He should not have been happy with his role, and he should want to work to improve his standing. It's got to be especially difficult with everyone wanting to trade him and favoring Diop, despite Diop having the worse contract and obvious offensive shortcomings.
The thing that concerns me is the comment about the team's goals. I guess I just wish I knew what the team's goals were and what his problem with them was.
I hope this garners some media attention. Nazr needs to learn that if he is going to "Tweet" that he will need to offer some response as to what goals he had issue with.
If this leads to a positive...I am all for it...but the point of social networking is to bring people together...i just hope he realizes that and offers up a response...otherwise hes volunteering to become a distraction...and that part would make me hate Twitter even more.
He's been working his ass off this offseason so I wouldn't be surprised to see him ready to play next year.
I expect him to get much more PT
Is it just me or did Nazr sound like Eeyore in that reply?
