Honestly you can't start Crash at 2. That's asking for trouble.
When training camp opened Saturday, coach Jerry Sloan made it known he had not yet decided if incumbent Carlos Boozer or backup Paul Millsap will start the 2009-10 NBA season at power forward for the Jazz. It was news to Boozer. "I feel like I'm the starter," the two-time NBA All-Star said Sunday, before the Jazz open their second day of two-a-days. "I think I've earned that. That's the only role I've been in my whole career."

I know we have talked about Boozer before on here...an i know I've heard he wants to play in miami...any body think the jazz would do this, if we knew that boozer would sign an extension??
raja, vlad, lexy for boozer
or
raja, UPS (who shined in summer league with utah), an lexy for boozer
both work in realgm trade checker....think how good our line up would look
C-Tyson
PF-Boozer
SF-Diaw
SG-Wallace
Pg-Felton
i know wallace is a three, but id rather have him starting at the 2 spot an we could move diaw down to the 3....i dunno...maybe this would be stupid...what do you guys think??
Honestly you can't start Crash at 2. That's asking for trouble.
Get at me on twitter @dcarnys
that trade sends Boris Diaw to the bench or Crash to the 2 and Lexy off the team. Fail.
Boozer's stock has dropped over the past two seasons. Especially on the defensive end. Not a Larry Brown type of player.
Boozer for Vlad and Naz is about the only trade I would do. Boozer is generally overrated I just want the cap room next summer. I think the team would be better this year with Naz and Vlad.
I don't want Carlos Boozer, we have too many Blue Devils on our roster right now... jk... maybe.![]()

I don't want Boozer, because he sucks
Boozer certainly doesn't suck.
But I'd be much more willing to do this trade: http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMa...radeId=ya42mz7
Anybody think that has any possibility or is it wishful thinking?
I would consider: http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMa...radeId=y9q44so (assuming we got some sort of extension, if even for only another year or two so we have time to assess UPS' value and possible replacement-ability. And yes, I know how Boozer is with promises)
Both are wishful thinking. Booz is an expiring and Utah is hurting for capspace over the next year or two...so I doubt they take any salary back for him unless it's a no brainer.
Houston most likely would never trade Battier.
